Ingredients for Egg & Potato Recipes
2 eggs or egg beaters per person
Betty Crocker dried potatoes
Mushroom soup concentrate (1/2 can for 8 people)
1/2 tsp sugar
Dash dill
Sprinkle of dried onions
Splash of milk
Cheese pack from potatoes
Cooking Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
If cooking for 8 people, empty full box of potatoes into a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let stand to soften (use less potatoes if less people). In another large mixing bowl whisk together all other ingredients. Spray Pam a baking dish large enough to hold mixture (about 1/2 full). Pour egg mixture in pan, drain potatoes and lay into egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes. Will puff, get golden and firm to touch.
