2 English muffins (Wonder)br /> 4 slices white turkey breast (Louis Rich)

Cooking Method
1. Prepare Hollandaise sauce.
2. Poach Egg Beaters: Into a poacher, pour water to just below bottom of egg cups; heat water to boiling.
3. Spray metal egg cups with Pam Spray.
4. Pour 1/4 carton of Egg Beaters into each cup.
5. Set egg cups in frame over boiling water.
6. Cover; steam 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
